How we work abroad

When the work leaves home, we do not plant a flag. We work through value-added partners that we already trust. That is how we keep the book close while the work travels.

In the European Union we operate through partners who already know the ground, so that a mandate can move without us pretending to be local overnight. In Australia we cover the work with people who can execute there, on that clock and in that market. In China we expand and we outsource with care, and we keep the same book when the work runs through Mexico, the Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia, or Bangladesh — quality, cost, and the relationship that has to outlast a single order.

That is the whole of it. We have held this work. We are grateful for the book we already have.
