How we work

We write the software that holds a company's daily cadence, and we design the screens that the people who actually move the work have to live in. We prototype in metal and in code when a plan has to be touched before anyone commits capital. We keep sourcing, tooling, and production on one book — China, Mexico, the Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Bangladesh — so that quality, cost, and lead time stay one problem, not three vendors arguing past each other. We also work in advanced robotics manufacturing: the cell, the line, and the control that has to run the same motion tomorrow.

We also build advanced software for quick-serve point of sale, and we sit in advanced credit-card processing negotiations so that the rate follows the volume, not a brochure schedule.

On the floor we lead from shop through the back office. We cost the job as it actually runs — labor, burden, scrap, and time — so that a price can be defended. We assess a company quietly: who decides, where work stalls, and what that organization can carry in the next cycle. That assessment comes first. The advice comes after.

On the books we value the company under the conditions that actually apply. We structure a merger and we stay for the week after close. We search for the acquisition that completes a system, not the one that photographs well. We write debt stacks that can survive a bad quarter. We roll fragmented operators into one platform. We take control in a leveraged purchase when the cash can honestly carry the plan, and we cut a line of business clean when it has to stand on its own.

Ahead of the year we read position and leverage. We do an advanced SWOT that a desk can act on. We look at current and future market conditions, and we watch the statistical movement in the sales that decide the year — what is moving, what is noise, and where the plan is already wrong.

In the ordinary case we can put that market prediction in a desk's hands within ten hours. The work is advanced and AI-driven, and it runs on specialized databases we have built and gained access to over fifteen years. We do it so the strategy around a business event can be quieter to hold, and so that there is some peace of mind in the room.
